Working with these Clients, they notably feature on flagship construction schemes, however they also work on prestigious super prime works which include Windsor Castle, giving them a diverse range projects and sectors covered. ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is looking to recruit a Production / Workshop Manager to head up their specialist Joinery workshop in Langley This workshop specialises in bespoke in cabinetry door sets to the most super prime projects in London. You rsquo;ll be responsible for full management of the workshop and production line of all projects. By overseeing business development, design, estimating, production and logistics. Duties * Oversee and supervise all aspects of the manufacturing operations * Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and meet production goals * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards * Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to minimize costs and maximize productivity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement * Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, including financial forecasting and cost control measures * Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve departmental objectives REWARDS AND BENEFITS Our client supports, develops and understands their employees and offer employee stability through permanent long-term employment and a stable working environment.
