Senior soft services manager

Our Client is an established FM Service Provider, that has a successful presence in the London market. It is currently looking for a proven Senior Soft Services Operations Manager to join a large contract in West London, you will cover 8 campuses mainly in Ealing with travel also to Reading and Oxford. As the Senior Soft Services Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the delivering and overseeing the soft service streams that include; the Helpdesk, Cleaning, Catering, and Security. You will also be responsible for budgets, people management, monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and deal with client relations. You will cover The selected Senior Soft Services Operations Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role and have an excellent understanding of FM service delivery.
