Key facts * 30 Distribution Centres in the world * Commercial presence in 37 countries * Revenue of US$ 845 Million Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of IP (Intellectual Property) Legal Support Manager at our client rsquo;s Genetics division. Reporting directly to Director of Legal Affairs, this position involves supporting global IP and Legal operations, focusing on preparing and negotiating new licensing opportunities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing our client rsquo;s Genetics division rsquo;s strategies concerning Intellectual Property and Legal affairs. Responsibilities: Legal Counseling: * Understand core business activities and legal requirements. * Direct, coordinate, and monitor national and international legal procedures. * Provide legal advice on managing company risks, intellectual property, and ethical standards. * Handle corporate law matters like M A and restructuring. * Ensure compliance with local regulations. * Contract and manage external legal advisors. Intellectual Property: * Assist in IP registration processes and manage required documentation. * Support negotiation and development of licensing agreements. * Coordinate legal procedures related to IP. * Implement technologies for IP protection and legal document management. Continuous Improvement: * Stay updated on changes in relevant laws. * Identify opportunities for process improvement. * Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulations. * Efficiently manage budgets. * Incorporate digital tools into work methodology. Requirements: * 5+ years of legal advisory experience, preferably in English-speaking countries, focusing on corporate or intellectual property matters. * Demonstrated ability to understand, monitor, and manage compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. * Law degree required, with a preferred Master #39;s degree. * Specialization in commercial law and/or intellectual property law. * Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is advantageous. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Adaptability to fast-paced environments. * Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills. * Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Enthusiastic about delivering high-quality results. * Proven ability to plan, manage, and complete tasks within deadlines.
