You will be able to lead, motivate and enhance the skills of your team and be able to model professionalism and leadership skills. The young people display complex social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and associated challenging behaviours, and need guidance to develop their independence skills and ability to integrate in to society. You will be confident and able to step in to the manager rsquo;s shoes in their absence. On average 40hrs a week ndash; plus on-call duties Some weekend and evening work required to be part of routines and coworking with specific staff and covering shifts Deputy Manager Criteria bull; Diploma/ NVQ Level 3 in children and young people (or equivalent qualification) or above bull; Senior experience of leading and developing others bull; Excellent knowledge of requirements of role and ability to lead others Desirable - Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare Must be a driver due to the location of the service.
