In-house training provided. Working with a very talented team of experienced chefs. Plan your rota far in advance to be able to plan any personal engagements. Monday-Friday, Monday-Sunday or Tuesday-Saturday About you A confident Senior Sous Chef who has experience on different sections and different cuisines. A self-motivated Senior Sous Chef who has a willingness to learn and fine-tune their knowledge within a very exclusive venue. A Senior Sous Chef that is both hard-working and reliable. Someone who is true to their word and is passionate about their work. A Senior Sous Chef with previous experience within 5* hotels, Private Members clubs, Michelin Star Restaurants, or equivalent preferred but not essential.
