1-1 Tutor in person - NOT Group work - Warrington GBP30-GBP33 per hour Part full time hours available, 1-2 hr sessions per student within school hours The Education Network is Cheshire #39;s leader in providing 1-1 Tutors to students not accessing full time education. We have been specialists in this field for over 15 yrs we work directly with mainstream, SEN schools as well as 7 education authorities and this is expanding at a rapid rate, specifically within the Warrington area. We #39;re now looking to build upon our current bank of 1-1 Tutors teaching Maths, English and/or Science (any 1 of these subjects is ok!) We #39;re based in Warrington, but can offer online registrations via teams/zoom or in person. Many of the young people we support on a 1-1 basis have mild, moderate sometimes severe learning difficulties and/or SEMH issues. The majority are KS3 through to KS5 and many are dis-engaged, having not attended school for some time and as such can display challenging behaviour, or may have certain emotional barriers to learning. As a result, we are seeking Tutors with a flexible approach, who are resilient with a background in working hard to re-engage students. This can be a very rewarding role and suits Tutors who are seeking a part or full timetable to possibly work around another job, childcare, studies or simply just because you prefer to teach 1-1. Venues are usually libraries, children #39;s centres sometimes the student home.
