Reliability engineer

Are you an existing Reliability Engineer / Asset Care Engineer / CI Engineer who #39;s seeking new challenges or Multi-skilled Engineer / Engineering Supervisor with experience managing contractors and implementing reliability techniques? Location: Cambridgeshire (Commutable from: Peterborough, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Royston, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, and Ely). Monday-Friday - days Salary up to GBP50,000 DOE You will ensure asset maintenance is completed to the highest standard, maximise machine availability and all compliance standards are met. Implement permanent corrective measures to reduce downtime, demonstrate leadership regarding health safety, champion RCA, develop and implement PM strategy and oversee shutdowns and machinery overhauls. You will also be involved in a range of projects, process improvement and new installations. Ideally, you will be a time-served, mechanical / electrical / multi-skilled engineer with experience managing contractors, using reliability and maintenance techniques, continuous improvement, and RCA. You must have a positive attitude and be open minded towards change, a proactive approach and passion about what you do.
