Electrical maintenance engineer

JOB TITLE: Electrical Maintenance Engineer REPORTING TO: Account Manager LOCATION: Liverpool Street SHIFT PATTERN: Mon-Fri SALARY: GBP45,000 p.a CALL OUT: 1 in 3 weeks (no call outs required since December 23) ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE To carry out quoted works, PPM rsquo;s and reactive repairs to M E Plant and site building fabric, landlord side. To complete proactive inspections and any required remedial repairs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES bull; To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the onsite supervisor. Including, but not limited to fault finding, test, repair and preventative maintenance of electrical building services equipment bull; Carrying out various non-specialist building fabric maintenance tasks bull; To close / update completed PPM tasks on the site computerised maintenance system bull; Carry out small electrical installation work bull; To ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects bull; Ensure company site, health safety procedures are followed at all time bull; Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works bull; Working from platforms and ladders bull; Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner bull; To proactively work towards the continued success and support of the contract with a positive approach REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE bull; City Guilds/NVQ - Electrical Installation / Maintenance or equivalent bull; City Guilds 2382 18th Edition IEE bull; Time served apprenticeship or equivalent training bull; A demonstrable knowledge of building services engineering bull; Customer service bull; Good written and verbal communication skills bull; Able to work unsupervised bull; Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements, willing to accept change DESIRABLE bull; City Guilds 2391 Electrical Test Inspection bull; Knowledge and use of computer software ndash; Microsoft Office, Building Management Systems Benefits We rsquo;re proud to offer a great range of benefits including
