We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team, where your passion for working with children facing difficulties in a social background will be valued. Position Overview: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to fill a full-time role at a SEN School based in Lambeth. What we value most is your commitment to helping our students succeed and thrive, regardless of their challenges. Key Responsibilities: Customised Curriculum: Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the individual needs of each student. Personalised Instruction: Provide one-on-one and group instruction tailored to support student #39;s academic and social development. Behavioural Guidance: Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaboration: Work closely with support staff, parents, and fellow educators to ensure each student receives the appropriate support.Qualifications and Skills: Experience with ASD and PMLD. A genuine desire to work with children facing difficulties in a social background. Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students.
