This fantastic opportunity is located in the heart of South East London offering an exciting experience to work with children with social and complex needs About the Role: Position: Key Stage 1 and 2 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Contract: Full-time, Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Duration: Start ASAP Location: South East London Rate: GBP(Apply online only) per dayResponsibilities: Work collaboratively with classroom educators to deliver targeted support to Key Stage 1 and 2 students, including those with special educational needs. Assist in implementing individualises learning plans and adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of each student. Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment that prioritises the social and emotional well-being of every student. Actively engage students in stimulating learning activities to promote their participation and enthusiasm for learning. Establish strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to student support and development.Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in both Key Stage 1 and 2. Understanding of special educational needs and the ability to implement effective support strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders.
