Vacancy Summary Job Title: Framework/Bid Manager Job Type: Permanent Job Ref: #1062 Location: Hertfordshire Start Date: ASAP Salary: cGBP70k + package Company Project: An successful Top 100 Main Contractor operating across multiple sectors including Commercial, Mixed-Use, Residential and Education are currently recruiting for an experienced and effective Bid/Framework Manager to complement their Pre Construction team. The client has a strong reputation in the market across multiple Frameworks both locally and nationally, with a varied project pipeline that includes projects across New Build and Refurbishment sectors. Duties Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing and coordinating specific Frameworks, including liaising with the pre-construction team throughout tenders, client coordination and visits, reviewing and strategising from client feedback in addition to leading on framework tenders. Previous experience in bid management or framework management would be advantageous. Desirable Experience: 5 years+ UK experience working for a Main Contractor in Pre-Construction. Experience managing bids or frameworks for construction projects cGBP5m+. Good knowledge of construction management process and techniques. Previous roles: Framework Assistant OR Framework Manager OR Bid Manager OR Bid Coordinator OR Proposals Manager OR Estimator OR Design Manager OR Planner OR Senior Bid Writer. Qualifications Skills: Degree/NVQ/HNC in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or comparable qualification.
