Taking full rains in terms of leadership and style, the successful Engineer will be responsible for leading and creating bespoke designs and calculations for process equipment. As the Senior Engineer, you will help create a model and a pioneering culture to inspire, nurture and develop the technical employees alongside the technical strategy with the core objective being to advance the overall technical capabilities of the business and ensuring they #39;re miles ahead of competitors when it comes to what #39;s on offer to customers. This role would suit a Chartered Chemical or Process Engineer who comes from a hands-on engineering background within the Chemical, Pharma and Oil Gas, have a track record in design and practical technical leadership who wants to leave their mark permanently within a growing company.
