Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Manage contract administration processes, including change orders and claims management. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and disputes. Monitor contract performance and financial aspects of projects to optimize investor returns. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in property development or real estate.
