Quantity surveyor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with Civil Engineering experience? Are you experience in NEC contracts, specifically option A, C and E? Salary: GBP45,000 to GBP55,000 Location: Birmingham 3 to 4 days per week in office/site, remainder from home. There are 3 roles available. Requirements: middot;Civil Engineering project experience. middot;Rail experience preferred, large infrastructure project experience essential. middot;Experience in change management on contracts. middot;Strong understanding of NEC contracts - specifically Option A, C and E. middot;Experience in managing others, able to motivate and provide training where necessary. middot;Confident and knowledgeable enough to work independently with little support. middot;4 to 5 years of experience working as a QS. middot;Excellent communication and customer-facing skills are a must, along with working as part of a team, promoting our culture and values. middot;Experience taking applications, change control, early warnings, managing sup-contractor/design accounts etc. Additional Information: My client is looking to interview next week, do not wait to apply!
