Position: Supply Primary Teaching Assistant - FULL / PART TIME OPTIONS Location: Bradley Stoke Salary: GBP85 - GBP95 per day Are you passionate about education and supporting young learners? Responsibilities: Assist Classroom Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to support students during lessons, ensuring their understanding and engagement. Individualized Support: Work with students on a one-on-one basis or in small groups, providing targeted assistance based on their needs. Behaviour Management: Foster a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere, helping maintain discipline and encouraging positive behaviour. Resource Preparation: Assist in preparing teaching materials and resources. Supervision: Monitor students during break times and other non-classroom activities.Requirements: Experience: Previous experience as a teaching assistant is desirable but not essential. However, prior experience working with children is required. Qualifications: A relevant teaching assistant qualification is advantageous. Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly across different year groups and subjects. Communication Skills: Effective communication with students, staff, and parents.
