Sourcing Manager / Sittingbourne / Hybrid My client, a global leader in retail fixtures and fittings are currently hiring for a Sourcing Manager to join their team. The purpose of the role is to drive the sourcing process and ensure the supply chain is fully developed to meet the business requirements. This is done by achieving market rates and considering costs of purchases at the same time as being responsible in ethical trading. Role Responsibilities Manage the supply chain and ensure competitive market rates and the best quality across all commodities Work with supply partners and build relationships Work with internal teams to deliver robust supply plans for projects Working in both European and Asian markets Sourcing of components Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers Essential Skills Experience Educated to a relevant degree such as business or procurement Experience in a direct comparable role in the same industry Good negotiation skills Supplier auditing experience Personable with the ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing Willing to travel Package Hybrid working Travel insurance Private medical 25 days holiday + bank holidays On site gym Flexible working scheme Sourcing Manager / Sittingbourne / Hybrid
