Senior Team Leader Derbyshire GBP17ph Day shift 7.30am-4.00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 7.30am-12.30pm Ristara Engineering is working in partnership with Global Aerospace Engineering company located in Derbyshire, that manufactures world-class machined and fabricated components for the Aerospace, MOD markets. We are now looking for a permanent team leader to support the fabrication department. You will become part of the assembly and NDT department working as senior team leader. Our client is Established and respected in its chosen market, having built a strong reputation for quality and excellence! Our client has invested in the latest technology and machines over the years to give them that cutting edge within their chosen markets. Successful candidates will be working in an environment that will challenging and busy. What do you need? middot;Experience working as a team leader in an aerospace environment middot;Good working knowledge and experience within the assembly and NDT departments bull; Excellent performance as a Team member, demonstrating rigorous adherence to standardised work. bull; Potential to lead, engage, train bull; Full accountability for all aspects of operational performance bull; An effective communicator and an influential team member bull; Previous experience within a Managerial/Team Leader role bull; Inside knowledge of the aerospace industry bull; Apprentice trained or time served in engineering industry Rate: * GBP17ph and company benefits middot; Shift: * Day shift 7.30am-4.00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 7.30am-12.30pm * Free onsite parking * Fantastic working Environment! * Great Opportunity!
