Brief summary of Duties: Day to day management of construction on site, overseeing site managers Senior member of staff able to create and update build programmes Involvement in pre-construction and pre commencement works Supporting qs rsquo;s with subcontractor tenders and selection Reporting on build progress Visiting sites regularly and holding progress meetings Reporting to the MD You will need to have a background working for SME/Regional or Bespoke firms and be open to the new challenge of joining a growing business where you can input into the growth and long-term success of the company, under your expert guidance within the construction department.
