Manufacturing Technician Are you a skilled hands-on professional with experience in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering? We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Technician to join our cleints West Sussex-based company. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will play a crucial role in building electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, printed circuit boards, and final products while interpreting bills of materials and drawings accurately. Key Responsibilities: * Assemble electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, printed circuit boards, and final products with precision. * Follow bills of materials and drawings to ensure accurate assembly. * Safely handle COSHH substances while cleaning and packing products, with appropriate PPE provided. * Document non-compliance, rework records, and any necessary build documentation changes. * Maintain knowledge of quality management practices, static handling precautions, and workmanship standards. * Contribute to a clean and organized workspace and adopt lean initiatives to reduce waste. * Comply with our Quality ISO9001, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and Health and Safety Management System. * Collaborate within a team to achieve departmental goals and improve product quality and processes. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: * Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly and soldering. * Understanding of mechanical assembly procedures and processes. * Appreciation of modern manufacturing techniques. * Strong communication skills with a hands-on approach. * IPC standard certifications (advantageous).
