Role Description In collaboration with the Facilities manager, ensure all building fabrics, building services, facilities, general housekeeping and grounds are maintained Complete repairs in various fields including carpentry, plumbing, interior exterior lighting, decorating and fixing locks Carry out testing or assist on fire alarms, intruder systems, emergency lights, water systems, portable appliance testing. Alternatively coordinate with subcontractors where necessary Working on specific projects as required Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues across the business The opportunity to take on responsibility for new projects within the Department Collaborate with other members of the business and positively challenge current working practicesSkills and Qualifications Full UK License is essential City Guilds, BTEC or Apprentice trained IPAF, PASMA, IOSH training is desiredCompany Information As a business our client is a market leader within their industry and has a strong presence across the whole of the UK and Worldwide.
