We can consider a strong civil background, water sector/Pipeline project experience is strongly preferential. Key Responsibilities: middot;Lead and manage site construction teams for on-time and within-budget project delivery middot;Oversee Health, Safety, Environmental, and Sustainability aspects, ensuring compliance with CDM middot;Drive performance and innovation through Constructibility Reviews, Project Rehearsals, and Fit for Assembly sign-off middot;Focus on zero waste and reducing embodied carbon in construction activities middot;Collaborate with Lead Construction Manager to determine resource needs middot;Ensure full H S compliance, fostering a culture of safety and open communication middot;Implement a blend of standard products and innovative techniques to maintain industry-leading standards Skills/Experience: middot;Proven experience in managing operational resources in a fast-paced Infrastructure environment middot;HNC/Degree in Civil or Construction Management middot;Site Management Safety Training Scheme and Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme attendance middot;CSCS Card (Black minimum) for ensuring high safety standards middot;Excellent communication skills and a performance-driven mindset middot;Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups How to Apply: If you #39;re ready to take on this challenging yet rewarding role and contribute to the success of a transformative water infrastructure project, apply now!
