Mechanical project manager

Position We are currently working with a fantastic and growing M E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a their life sciences project based in Kings Cross. With the scheme just starting it will be a chance to join a project from cradle to grave. Company The company is one of the leading M E contractors within London and have worked for some of the biggest tier 1 contractors in the industry such as Overbury, ISG and MACE Group. Duties Responsibilities * Overseeing a team of Mechanical Managers * Must have a good understanding of Life science projects * Worked on projects with mechanical values of GBP(phone number removed) * SMSTS/CSCS Black Card is needed * Good understanding of the commercial aspects of construction * Reporting into a Divisional Director/Contracts Manager * Responsible for weekly progress reports * Will be the point of contract between client and contractor
