Customer service advisor

Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email. * Complete basic administration tasks * Establishing the needs of the customer through questioning and being naturally inquisitive. * Be empathetic to customers needs and situations. Skills required * No previous experience within insurance required * A passion for customer service * Ability to work under pressure and multi-task * Work well in a team.
