Key Responsibilities: * Engage with stakeholders across the business to produce and document requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. * Develop and refine user stories and functional requirements that guide software development and systems integration. * Collaborate closely with all the technical teams to ensure that solutions are feasible, efficient, and effectively meet the intended outcomes. * Support the transition from on-premises solutions to cloud functionality, enhancing agility and operational efficiency. * Utilise Azure DevOps for requirement management and maintain agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal Candidate: * Demonstrated experience in a technical systems analyst or business analyst role. * Strong technical proficiency, with a well-rounded background in both software delivery and infrastructure projects. * Capable of writing detailed user stories and technical specifications. * Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and Azure DevOps. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate technical issues and propose viable solutions. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
