Learning and development advisor apprenticeships

Opus People Solutions are seeking an Learning and Development Advisor (apprenticeships) for a multi-award winning business in the heart of Ipswich. This role is a full time, permanent role and a chance to drive organisational capability and performance. You will work closely with managers across departments, developing programmes that deliver a comprehensive framework that encourages growth and fulfilment. Day to day, it #39;s very varied, which keeps it interesting! You will be: Creating eLearning. Supporting the delivery of the apprenticeship strategy. Facilitation of virtual and face to face workshops. Engaging people in conversations about development and career progression.
