Position Details: Hourly Rate: GBP12 - GBP13 per hour (experience-dependent) Working Hours: Full-time, with flexibility expected. Monday to Thursday: 8:00 - 17:00 Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with an unpaid lunch break) Duties but not limited to - Ensure emails are answered and responded to straight away in order to achieve seamless communication. - Demonstrate professional reception hosting duties, as Receptionist Host you will manage in-house hospitality, welcome all clients into the building, help with set up of Board Room/Conference Room, direct clients/customers to right department, ensuring drinks/refreshments are regularly offered. - To be the first point of contact to visitors and help them with any queries. ensuring timely and effective answering of telephone calls. Screening and directing calls appropriately. To ensure that visitor files are kept up to date as well as other filing systems. - Prepare reference checks, leaver letters and all associated documents required in the employment cycle. - Input new starters onto HR system and ensure that all personnel files and electronic personnel information is kept up to date and complete. - Assist with HR projects as and when required.
