Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. As a Team Leader you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients by providing personalised care and assistance with daily activities. Our client in Bristol are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a very well established Nursing Home The home is both friendly and comfortable. Specialising in Dementia Older Person Care Physical Disability Respite Care Sensory Impairment residents with a Good rated CQC also. Please see details below. Details for the Role: NO SPONSORSHIP OFFERED middot; Nights middot; GBP13.50 + depending on experience and qualifications middot; Full-Time Hours Key Responsibilities of the Senior Care Assistant Role: * supervise a team of care assistants. * write care plans. * monitor patients #39; vital signs, like blood pressure and heart rate. * complete patient medication records. * develop and lead activities for service users. * keep families up to date about their relative #39;s progress.
