Trading operations manager

Camberford Underwriting, a valued part of Brown Brown Insurance (Europe), are looking to recruit a Senior Trading Underwriter to join their successful team, The Senior Underwriter is responsible for the underwriting and selection of complex risks, in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with statutory and company requirements/guidelines to ensure profitability and business targets are met. They are also responsible for: Supporting the Camberford Real Estate trading team, cascading knowledge by way of training or coaching. Acting as a referral point where risks fall outside individuals underwriting authority level. Building new and maintaining existing relationships with our Brokers and partners to maximise conversion and retention whilst maintaining profitability. The Senior Underwriter will also provide the conduit for information to flow between the underwriting operations team and the Technical Underwriting Department to ensure we continually adapt our underwriting footprint and stance in accordance with our brokers needs #39; whilst protecting underwriting profitability.
