Air Conditioning Engineer GBP37,000-GBP42,000 Overtime paid at 1.5x weekdays and 2x on Sundays. Monday to Thursday 8.30-4.30 Fridays 8.30-4.00 South Yorkshire surrounding areas 23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays A leading family run HVAC company with a head office in Tees Valley and a growing branch in South Yorkshire is seeking a driven and motivated candidate to join a busy working environment with a large customer base. This role involves supporting experienced air conditioning engineers with planned preventative maintenance, our values are very important to us, building relationships with our customers to provide an excellent service is paramount. The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for all service maintenance and will have ideally worked on AHUs/FCUs, VRVs/VRFs, chillers and close control equipment. This role is predominantly based in Prison rsquo;s; therefore, the candidate must be 21 years of age or older, they must pass an enhanced DBS check and the prison service vetting procedure. Job specific accountabilities: * Complete Air conditioning maintenance reactive work across several large commercial sites. * Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works when needed. * Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building services. * Carry out all reactive breakdowns and services. * Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair. * Carrying out pre-planned maintenance, attend service call, diagnosing and repairing faults with air conditioning and refrigeration in commercial and industrial environments. * Provide technical support to other engineers.
