We are assisting in the recruitment of a Restaurant Supervisor to join an established team at this venue close to Syon Park in Brentford. The restaurant trades from 9am to 4.30pm and offers a contemporary dining style The restaurant offers all-day dining, including cooked breakfasts, light bites, sandwiches, snacks, main meals and a wide array of desserts. There is also a Sunday Roast offering. We are looking for someone with previous restaurant experience who can: * Work closely with the restaurant manager and deputise for them in their absence * Support and train junior team members * Organise shift structure, ensuring cover across each section of the restaurant * Complete stock checks and ordering requirements * Deal with customer queries and resolve any issues that may arise * Communicate with other departments in the business and be part of a larger management team This position offers excellent opportunities both within the venue and across the wider group, with over 20 venues in the company portfolio.
