This role is based within a focussed team dealing with a particularly interesting caseload of complex and significant investigations. -Responsibilities encompass advising on various healthcare regulatory matters, such as recognising regulatory issues, outlining investigations, gathering evidence, and evaluating risks. -Working closely with experienced paralegals and case officers, youll oversee the assessment of information gathered from external investigations, including those by the Police, Coroners and other regulators. -Applications are open to qualified Solicitors or Barristers with a thorough understanding of regulatory law practice and procedures for assessing fitness to practice with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
