Job Title: Aircraft Trainer Assessor Location: Somerset - Home/Field based Salary: GBP35,000 Type: Full Time, 12-month FTC Essential Criteria (for all candidates): Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA. Must hold solid, occupational competency within the Aircraft sector. Must have experience of assessing Aircraft Diploma / Apprenticeships. Ideally hold a recognised Teaching qualification: PTLLS / AET or above/equivalent. Must be flexible with travel.Duties: Assess and mentor learners working towards Apprenticeships in Aerospace Engineering / Aviation. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners #39; progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner rsquo;s needs. Meet Assessor KPI rsquo;s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration. Personal Skills: Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focused.
