As the Hotel Duty Manager, you will oversee all departments within the hotel, and will ideally have experience in both F B and Front Office. You will be the face of the hotel, ensuring that every guest receives the very best service throughout their stay. You will ensure the hotel #39;s departments teams are supported throughout your shift, and will be the first port of call for any queries or issues.
