ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES: middot; Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with both candidates and the Team. middot; Recruit, onboard and ensure a good level of compliance process for the candidates. middot; Proactively contact prospective applicants for pre screening calls and get them into compliance process. middot; Support applicants throughout the recruitment journey. middot; Recruit a full time/ Contractual work and manage the live bookings for Ad-hoc shifts, making ensure every client receives best service. middot; Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise work. middot; Happy to be office based, Mon to Fri 9 AM ndash; 6.00 PM
