Aftersales Supervisor Our client based in Worksop S80, who is one of the UK rsquo;s largest Scania Truck distributors, is looking for an Aftersales Supervisor to join their business. This will be managing a small team within the aftersales department ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction within the service department and keeping customers up to date and informed. Hours ndash; 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri Every other Saturday 8am-12pm GBP35,000pa Duties ndash; middot; Ensure customers are dealt with in a warm and professional manner, maintaining a first-class service. middot; Ensure all queries/bookings/ are handled in a timely manner whilst ensuring service is kept to a high standard. middot; Data Input on to company system. middot; Communicating with workshop to keep things running smoothly. middot; Monitoring progress of services/sales and keeping the customer up to date and informed middot; Creating invoices middot; Promoting sales of service plans and addition products middot; Follow up e-mails/calls to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. middot; Ensuring the above is being upheld by your team.
