Our client has been a prominent figure in the Domiciliary Market for over a decade, recently solidifying their position as a market leader after acquiring several companies across the North of the UK in 2023. As a result, they are seeking a skilled Registered Manager to join their dynamic team in Bolton. This role lets you take charge of a thriving branch with a full staff team in place. Long-term, it propels you into senior management and lets you mentor and expand the office crew! About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will: * Oversee 2000+ hours of care weekly, ensuring top-tier service standards. * Directly manage a team, including 2 Care Coordinators + 2 Assessment and Review Officers. * Foster relationships with health and social professionals, clients, local authorities, and customers, identifying new business opportunities. * Uphold CQC regulations and company policies consistently. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have: * Prior experience as a Registered Manager in Homecare/Domiciliary Care. * Experience overseeing 1000+ hours of care weekly. * RMA or NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). * Strong leadership, communication, and care delivery skills. * A UK driving licence.
