We rsquo;re looking for a motivated Senior QA who are proven experience, to support the expansion of rapidly growing manufacturing facility, as well as our wider business in Shropshire Area. Reporting to the Site Technical Manager, this is a varied role, where you rsquo;ll be responsible for ensuring that all systems and procedures are followed to meet quality standards, legal requirements and customer expectations. Main responsibilities: bull; Work closely with production on quality/safety issues to ensure all relevant information is recorded, communicated and investigated bull; Ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety procedures bull; Goods in checks/raw material inspections bull; Internal audits bull; Sampling testing bull; Monitoring of CCPs bull; Finished product quality monitoring bull; Hygiene, housekeeping, traceability, allergen management bull; Investigations on quality issues, complaint monitoring trending bull; Monitoring QAS documentation trackers bull; Develop implement quality control procedures bull; Support during audits/customer visits bull; Improve and drive the sites rsquo; quality performance We rsquo;re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic team player. Qualifications, Experience Skills: bull; Degree in Food Technology or related discipline (Preffered not essential) bull; HACCP Level 2 bull; Level 2 Food Safety bull; Proven experience in food or drinks quality assurance, in a manufacturing or production environment, min 5 years bull; Internal audit experience bull; Exceptional attention to detail bull; Computer literate (Excel Word) For further details please contact Scott at D R Newitt Recruitment
