Responsibilities: * Assess patients #39; health status, develop nursing care plans, and implement appropriate interventions to address patients #39; needs and achieve desired outcomes. * Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patients #39; vital signs and medical equipment to ensure safe and effective care delivery. * Provide patient and family education about health conditions, treatment options, medication management, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and prevent complications. * Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, facilitate interdisciplinary rounds, and optimize care transitions. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR) or other clinical documentation systems. * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical knowledge, skills, and professional development. * Adhere to established policies, procedures, and standards of practice to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. * Provide emotional support, advocacy, and comfort to patients and families during times of illness, crisis, or end-of-life care. * Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions with patients, families, colleagues, and community members.
