Full time and permanent Kitchen vacancy available on a full time and permanent basis in a luxury hotel near Towcester, South Northamptonshire. Due to promotion and continued growth, we are now seeking a CDP (Chef De Partie) OR strong Commis Chef to work on a full time and permanent basis. Salary GBP27 rsquo;500 + overtime + excellent benefits. Rota 5 out of 7 days per week, 45 hours per week, a mixture of shifts including evenings and weekends. Possible onsite accommodation available for the right candidate. The successful candidate: bull; Must have experience of working in a busy kitchen environment as part of a team bull; Should be working as a Chef De Partie (CDP) or strong Commis Chef (min) bull; Will be able to drive, hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to reliable vehicle bull; Shall possess their own knives or have the means to purchase them (desirable) bull; Might have prior experience of working for a fine dining restaurant (desirable) bull; Can work as part of a team and build professional working relationships within the kitchen bull; Could be looking for an opportunity to expand current kitchen knowledge and be seeking training or development opportunities bull; Should be able to produce evidence of stable employment history in the form of an up to date CV and references bull; Must possess a Level 2 (or higher) Food Hygiene certification bull; May have worked in leisure, spa, golf resort, fine dining, luxury environments (desirable) bull; Might have an in date enhanced DBS clearance (desirable) bull; Could have been to culinary school and/or learned how to cook on the job bull; Should be experienced in working with fresh produce (desirable) bull; Will have a good palette for savoury and sweet food groups bull; Must know their way around a commercial kitchen and not rely on lsquo;Chef Mic rsquo; bull; Shall possess a natural initiative and have the ability to source solutions on their own as they arise bull; Will be reliable, flexible, adaptable and communicative both verbally and in writing Benefits: bull; 28 days annual leave bull; Use of spa, swimming pool and gym facilities bull; Meal on duty and access to non-alcoholic drinks bull; Employee awards and celebrations bull; Career development opportunities bull; Up to 50% discounts on accommodation / products / treatments / food beverage etc bull; Possibility of onsite accommodation at c.GBP60 per week bull; AND MORE hellip;.
