In this role you will manage product packaging and new lines projects from receipt of request through to go-live. Using our internal systems to set project statuses, review requirements and assign relevant tasks. Chasing up information from our manufacturers to help complete projects and answering relevant supplier questions. Providing quality assurance of simple/low complexity print artwork when required and owning proofing workflows to ensure deadlines don #39;t slip. Ensuring the wider Creative Services team have all the information required to complete projects on time. Supporting the department to streamline the delivery of projects, with a focus on increasing efficiency and decreasing cost and time. Managing the onboarding process of new lines, ensuring that the relevant copy, photography, pricing and weights and measures have been collated. Communicate launches to the business. Skills required Expertise with traditional and agile project methodologies Familiar in print and digital marketing projects Good knowledge of photography ways of working Excellent communication skills Organised and methodical Excellent eye for detail Friendly but professional approach, good at building excellent working relationships Excellent IT skills and experience of using project management software If you are interested in this position, please click the link.
