Service Bookings Advisor GBP25k basic with GBP35k uncapped earning potential Norwich Permanent/Full Time Monday to Friday (42 hours a week between 8am ndash; 6pm) / 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am ndash; 1pm) Our client, based in Norwich, is on the lookout for an experienced Bookings Advisor to join their team. If you have an interest in the automotive sector and you rsquo;re looking for a new role, this could be for you ndash; please give us a call and apply! Duties Responsibilities of a Service Bookings Advisor: * Taking incoming and making outgoing calls. * Selling additional services during booking calls. * Prepping job cards. * Job card filing. * General admin duties in the department. Your Background Skill: * Experience within a similar bookings advisor role. * Ideally a candidate with motor trade experience. * You will need to be a good communicator and have excellent attention to detail. * Strong IT skills (Microsoft packages etc) * Good geographical knowledge would be advantageous.
