As the Deputy Head you #39;ll be a key member of the senior leadership team for the school developing and maintaining the highest standards of teaching, learning and giving the pupils a voice. You #39;ll be working in a school that supports children of 5 - 18 years of age who are on the autistic spectrum, have social and emotion needs or may have other mental health difficulties. You`ll need to be encouraging, inspiring and most of all patient as you`ll be catering to diverse student cohort. About the role You #39;ll be creating the objectives and policies of the school. You #39;ll be managing staff and other resources with the aim to deliver on these objectives. You #39;ll be accountable to the Head Teach and CEO. You #39;ll be evaluating the school #39;s performance. Identify the priorities. Develop the plan of implantation. Then oversee the successful implantation of said plan.
