To aid their existing growth, they require an experienced Butcher for a full-time permanent role based in Inishowen in Co. Donegal. What you #39;ll do Preparing, trimming, weighing and pricing up meat; Cutting and boning a carcass; Packaging meat and storing it correctly; Discussing different cuts with customers, including how to cook and safely store them; Keep working environment safe and storing meat in accordance with health and safety legislation; Maintaining business records.
