Repairs administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client as a permanent Repairs Administrator in their fast paced maintenance team in Ilford. Working within the repairs team you will be responsible for organising appointments for the maintenance engineers on a day to day basis. This is a challenging role where speed and accuracy is of the essence, therefore, experience within a similar role is imperative. Duties will include: Using scheduling software to oversee working days of multiple engineers Moving and reallocating jobs Liaising with call centre team and residents Agreeing appointment times Scheduling Monitoring works to ensure speedy completion Responding to reactive call outsTo be considered for this role you will need: Aptitude in problem solving Strong administration skills Attention to detail A passion for Customer Service Experience within a similar role Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
