Accountability: As a Senior Safety, Quality, and Environment Engineer, you #39;ll be accountable for: Ensuring the quality of products and documentation delivered to both internal and external customers. Highlighting potential issues promptly. Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety requirements. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring adherence to health and safety requirements and maintaining a safe work environment. Upholding quality standards and completing all necessary documentation. Meeting performance targets and deadlines, addressing potential issues, and supporting changing priorities. Working in line with department KPIs to minimize waste and identify improvement opportunities. Advising and guiding employees on QHSE matters. Key Aspects: Maintaining knowledge of UK HSE legislation and industry standards. Supporting change initiatives related to QHSE. Developing and delivering QHSE training programs. Conducting internal audits and inspections. Investigating incidents and contributing to preventive measures. Coordinating activities within the Quality Control and Test areas. Liaising with suppliers on quality issues. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal Candidates: Data analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to read technical drawings. NEBOSH General Certificate with 2-3 years of H S experience. Knowledge of legislative requirements such as COSHH, REACH, HAV, Fire Safety, and Health Safety. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Good communication skills, written and verbal. Lead Auditor qualification/experience with ISO Certification.
