Maintenance staff

Maintenance Staff Ascot Pay negotiable circa GBP15-GBP18 per hour Full time Monday to Friday and Temp part time could be available too. We are looking to assemble a team of maintenance staff to work on-site at a busy site. It rsquo;s a large operation with many buildings and offices requiring continuous maintenance. The more complex work such as electrical, engineering, air conditioning and specialist trades are outsourced to contractors but the smaller more straight forward work is coming in house. This will include areas such as decorating, basic tiling (carpet and bathrooms), small plumbing jobs and basic tasks. There is plenty to do so we are looking for people with a basic or advanced level of trades skills covering; first fix plumbing, painting and decorating, tiling, flooring and simple handyman tasks. All work is carried out on-site so no need for own transport other than to get to South Kensington. You will need to provide a basic set of tools
