Role Overview: As a full-time Nursery Nurse, you will be an integral part of our nursery team, responsible for providing high-quality care and educational experiences to children aged 0-5 years. Responsibilities: bull; Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and happiness at all times. bull; Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote learning, development, and creativity. bull; Build strong relationships with children and families, fostering a sense of trust, security, and belonging. bull; Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that meets regulatory standards and promotes children rsquo;s health and hygiene. bull; Support the observation, assessment, and documentation of children rsquo;s progress and development, providing feedback and insights to inform individualised planning and support. Skills and Qualifications: bull; Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). bull; Previous experience working in a nursery setting, with a genuine passion for early childhood education and development. bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. bull; Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to supporting children rsquo;s emotional, social, and physical well-being. bull; Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow in your role as a Nursery Nurse.
