Responsibilities: bull; Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of Key Stage 2 students, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning. bull; Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to take risks and grow. bull; Collaborate effectively with Teaching Assistants and support staff to provide targeted interventions and support, ensuring all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential. bull; Build strong partnerships with parents and guardians, maintaining open and transparent communication and involving them in their child rsquo;s educational journey. bull; Contribute actively to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities. Skills and Qualifications: bull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience or training in Key Stage 2 education, with a thorough understanding of the National Curriculum. bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and the wider community. bull; Creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to fostering a love of learning in all students. bull; Reflective practitioner who is committed to ongoing professional development and continually strives for excellence in teaching and learning.
