Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated and personable individual for our busy Temp Construction team. As one of our core business sectors, the desk offers a wealth of opportunity with new and existing clients, repeat business and cross-sell prospects. A bit about you... We rsquo;re in need of an experienced Recruiter/Senior Recruiter that has a proven track record in delivering high quality, compliant and confident temporary solutions, ideally within Construction. You rsquo;ll be familiar with candidate selection and compliance processes, have sound business development skills and the ability to be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. Skilled in negotiating, converting leads and closing opportunities, it is envisaged you rsquo;ll have built or developed a temp desk previously and would be looking to take the next step in your career. Highly motivated, you rsquo;ll need to be driven and focussed ndash; the market is busy and competitive so you rsquo;ll need to be confident in fighting your corner!
