Role Overview: As a full-time Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and personal development of their younger learners. Responsibilities: bull; Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of Key Stage 1 students, ensuring progression and attainment. bull; Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to explore and learn. bull; Collaborate closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff to provide additional support and interventions as required, promoting inclusion and equity. bull; Build strong partnerships with parents and guardians, maintaining regular communication and involving them in their child rsquo;s educational journey. bull; Contribute actively to the wider school community through participation in events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Skills and Qualifications: bull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience or training in Key Stage 1 education, with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum. bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire children, colleagues, and parents alike. bull; Creativity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young learners. bull; Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice, with a desire to continually enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.
